陸橋塌電車線斷 影響近萬人

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北8日電）基隆市區一處陸橋今天上午倒塌，壓斷基隆火車站電車線。台鐵說，今天午夜0時可望恢復雙線通車，預估9800多人受影響。

台灣鐵路管理局說，下午5時50分，基隆市政府已將人行陸橋吊離，台鐵開始路線、電車線搶修作業，預估午夜0時恢復雙線通車。

今天上午11時14分，因基隆市人行陸橋坍塌，造成基隆火車站第1、2股電車線斷落，基隆－七堵站間行車受影響，一度雙線不通，安排公路接駁，後改單線雙向行車。

台鐵統計，有6列次車輛取消、55列次受延誤，全部都是區間車，影響旅客約9800人。

台鐵表示，這起事件台鐵也是受害者，將依法向基隆市政府提出設備損害、營運損失等求償。1020608
