MLB新秀第七　柯爾今上大聯盟首勝

2013年大聯盟新秀排名第7、海盜新秀排名第1的柯爾(Gerrit Cole)今天(12日)被海盜拉上大聯盟。22歲的柯爾在2008年選秀會被海盜於第一輪挑中，簽約金是驚人的800萬美元(2.4億台幣)，柯爾對巨人先發，首局就飆出100哩(160.9公里)快速球，主投6.1局被敲7支安打掉2分，沒有保送，投出2次三振，海盜輕鬆以8比2贏球。柯爾不但大聯盟初登板就拿下勝投，3打數還敲1安打，攻下2打點，生涯首安打、首打點也都出現。
