男子不願認罪　遭警歐打後睪丸扭轉壞死

【綜合報導】中國海南省臨高縣一名20歲男子，日前被警察借提過程中要求承認偷東西，男子不從後被毆打後，就醫才發現左側睪丸已遭「扭轉並壞死」。
 
南海網報導，一名叫王義的男子上月22日中午被當地派出所所長，以涉嫌搶劫帶到派出所審問。路上王義因尿急要求上洗手間，出來後一位便衣人員要求王義承認涉嫌搶劫，但他不肯。
 
這名便衣人員開始對王義又踢又打，其中好幾腳還踢中褲襠。隨後，王義被送進看守所。王義多次對警察表示下體痛楚，22日終於被帶到醫院檢查並治療，隔日看守所以「事實不清，證據不足」，將將他釋放。

王義回家後發現陰囊腫得更大，且越來越痛，兩次到醫院圴被告知睪丸已遭扭轉並壞死，必須立即切除。但他因為沒錢開刀只好繼續忍痛，僅向相關單位投訴，臨高縣派出所已否認打人。
