製鞋及運動用品通路業寶成工業(9904-TW) 今天由董事長蔡其健主持召開股東會，會中並討論通過去年股利1元現金的分配案。

寶成將2014年定位為產能的優化年，預估對於資本的支出預估將達3億美元。而寶成在2014年首季每股稅後盈餘為0.36元。寶成總經理盧金柱在會中指出，寶成將以分散生產基地以降低生產風險包括中國大陸、印尼、越南、柬埔寨及美國、墨西哥均設立有生產據點，而在通路及品牌代理方面，不以據點數的擴張為目標而是以提升經營坪效為目標。以專業代工、提升品牌加值為經營重點。

寶成在其製鞋及通路兩大核心業務同步成長的挹注之下，5月自結合併營收以220.35億元改寫歷史新高，並較去年同月合併營收206.18億元增加6.9%，也較上月的204.97億元成長7.5%。

寶成工業累計2014年1-5月自結合併營收為983.64億元，也較2013年同期的907.67億元增加8.4%。
