郝龍斌會陳德銘 透露擴大自由行

台北市長郝龍斌昨晚與大陸海協會長陳德銘在北京會面時表示，台灣今年國際觀光客人數已達800萬人，預計明年可達900萬，後年將可望突破1000萬人；陳德銘首度透露，今年下半年，會陸續開放更多大陸城市民眾來台自由行。

繼上海之後，北京可能成為大陸排名第二赴台北自由行人數最多的主要城市。郝龍斌中午會見北京市委書記郭金龍時指出，北京去年約25 萬人到台北觀光，與北京人口數相比，還有很大的發展空間。

郝龍斌表示，過去兩岸交流是以民間對民間為主，現應該逐漸以政府對政府，透過雙方合作交流，建立互信，而城市與城市間的交流，則是基礎的第一步。
