中共依法治國決定 絕不照搬外國模式

中共官媒今天發表中共四中全會「依法治國決定」，強調走中國特色法治的道路，建設法治體系。

BBC報導，中共官方媒體新華社今天發布「中央關於全面推進依法治國若干重大問題的決定」全文，強調堅持走中國特色社會主義法治道路，建設中國特色社會主義法治體系。

「依法治國決定」指出，為了實現「依法治國決定」總目標，必須堅持中國共產黨的領導，從中國實際出發，汲取中華法律文化精華，借鑒國外法治有益經驗，但「決不照搬外國法治理念和模式」。

至於香港問題，「依法治國決定」也指出要防範、反對外部勢力干預港澳事務，也要依照憲法、「基本法」處理，改進實施基本法的相關制度與機制，依法行使中央權力，也依法保障高度自治，藉以保障內地與香港、澳門經貿關係與各領域的交流合作。
