國父紀念館無償使用市有地　北市擬協商有償

國父紀念館是台北市熱門觀光景點，市議員許淑華今在市議會質詢表示，國父紀念館7成土地為台北市市有地，市府已無償撥用30年，但館區不僅販賣紀念品，還有冰淇淋店，依國父紀念館送交立法院資料，其行政管理、清潔費用皆為政府預算，近兩年館方盈餘皆逾2500萬元，卻進作業基金，免繳國庫或市庫，等於是做無本生意，很不合理。

許淑華表示，依《市有財產管理自治條例》、「地方政府經管國有公用不動產相關收入結繳國庫作業要點」，盈餘須依市有比例標租收益結繳市庫，但市府沒任何收入，市民每天還須忍受遊覽車帶來噪音與廢氣，她認為市府對此毫無作為，實在離譜。

財政局長蘇建榮表示，將強力要求國父紀念館營收回饋市庫，市府最好能有償撥用，一個月內將邀館方協商。（郭美瑜／台北報導）
