會計法轉彎 蔡：核四也應停建

會計法爭議，行政院決定覆議。民進黨前主席蔡英文今天受訪說，會計法轉彎是必然的，因民意的壓力非常大，朝野政黨在處理時都過於輕忽。她並說，後續處理重大議題時應該要把民意當成最先的考量，應從善如流、「停建核四」。

至於江揆是否應負政治責任？蔡英文表示，真正具最主導的地位且有決定性影響力的，其實還是在馬總統，江其實是執行者的角色，「要負最大責任的應該是馬總統」。
