6月店面交易量穩　中古屋價格持平

【張菱育／台北報導】根據永慶房產集團研究發展中心統計，台北市6月中古屋平均單價每坪62.0萬元，新北市單價每坪則為38萬元，至於台中與高雄，本月中古屋房價分別為14.1萬元與12.4萬元，大致上與上個月持平。

店面產品部分，永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃舒衛分析，6月台中、高雄店面產品詢問度仍高，延續5月的買氣，買方置產意願仍高，價格認同度增加，讓買賣雙方認知差距縮小，成交機會增加，加上「陸客自由行」政策的開放下，商圈店面換手輪動的現象不斷，讓店面交易量持穩。
