爭議多時的文林苑都更案，組合屋拆除後，建商樂揚建設上午派遣工程車進入工地，準備動工，遇上都更受害者聯盟成員激烈抗爭，雙方對峙並爆發多次肢體衝突，警方據報，將工地出入口靜座的抗議群眾抬離現場，工程車在中午進入工地，準備開工。

抗爭群眾被警方抬離現場後，樂揚建設隨即派保全人員守住出入口，聯盟成員無法靠近，理事長彭龍三對於外界質疑聯盟「綁架」王家，他表示下午會對外再做說明，但堅持王家應原地重建的原則不會改變。
