奇異將以135億美元收購阿爾斯通能源部門

根據美國財經媒體CNBC報導，奇異（GE）將以135億美元收購法國能源發電、交通運輸集團阿爾斯通（Alstom）旗下能源部門。阿爾斯通的董事會也偏好奇異併購提案，競購對手德國西門子（Siemens）將出局。
 
CNBC報導指出，奇異執行長伊梅特（Jeff Immelt）特別飛到法國與法國總統荷蘭德會面，據悉作出承諾保障法國員工工作機會，是讓奇異在此樁交易案中因此勝出西門子之故。上述併購交易一旦完成，將有利奇異取得阿爾斯通集團的高速TGV火車和鐵路訊號技術控制權。（王秋燕／綜合外電報導）
