早上還是出車禍了 因為注意力放在更前方的路口 沒注意到右側突然冒出個老先生(其實平常一定會注意到，剛好恍神只注意更前方=.=) 就貼上去了，煞車也來不及，雖然他違規，但我也是「應注意而未注意」 http://youtu.be/08W1qUfvBwA

時間因為沒特別調整，其實是今天(7/29)早上 剛好旁邊有個義交女士過來關心，本來問他要不要報警，我有第3責任險 因為他腳也有些受傷，老先生直說不要不要 一時之間也沒特別想法，主動留了電話給他，他就走了 仔細一看我前保桿有幾處損傷，車頭鈑金也被刮了一段5cm見底，不處理可能會生鏽 嚴格來說還是蠻心疼的 義交提醒我如果沒報警，乙式險不會出險 一時間點醒我，但老先生已經淹沒在人群中不見了，連背影都找不到.. 先說一下，我有第3責任險、乙式保險 幾個問題請教 1.如果之後他的子女打電話過來要我負責，我可以請我的保險公司出面嗎？ 2.因為沒有報警，若想乙式出險是不是就沒辦法？ 可是如果他的子女聯絡我，我是不是可以依此報案？ 3.如果都沒人聯絡我，是否可明年1月乙式到期來個暗黑出險？ 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.250.124.166 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1406598547.A.659.html
