李鴻源：儘快補酒駕執法漏洞

內政部長李鴻源今天表示，酒駕新法出現民眾拒酒測漏洞，警政署會與相關部會研商，儘快將洞補起來。

酒駕新法13日上路，媒體報導，統計2天全國共有416人因酒駕被移送法辦；另有多達47人拒絕酒測，寧繳新台幣9萬元罰鍰、吊銷駕照3年，也不願冒可能坐牢的風險。

李鴻源上午出席台灣民主基金會新廈落成啟用典禮及10週年慶祝活動，會前受訪表示，目前看起來執法上有些漏洞。

他說，警政署也在研擬，「現在其實也可以用血液裡面測出酒精濃度」，警政署與交通部、法務部商量，如何趕快將洞補起來，希望民眾不要心存僥倖。

媒體詢問是否可使用酒精鎖？李鴻源說，這牽涉汽車製造問題，比較複雜。
