英國配額完售，VW XL1打開另一種節能風潮

最早在2011年卡達國際車展上，德國VW汽車利用自身最先進的技術，打造出一輛平均油耗高達111km/L的XL1概念車，展現每公升燃油可以跑100km以上的超節能技術。2013年VW汽車進一步發表量產版後，XL1不僅報出11萬歐元的建議售價，並以限量生產的模式對外販售，就連英國也才分得30輛配額而已，不過就算如此還是搶購一空。
