榮民喪葬補助費 增列排富條款

國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會表示，為落實照顧弱勢榮民、眷，修正喪葬慰問金申領條件，增列排富條款，期望在兼顧預算運用、社會觀感及公平正義原則等條件下，完善榮民、眷照護措施。

退輔會表示，該會於今年8月8日修正「榮民榮眷遺眷急難救助及慰問作業要點」，自明年1月1日起「服役10年以上而未就養且未領有軍公教政府機關核發月退休俸（金）之有眷榮民死亡」，其現居住於台灣地區的配偶或直系血親，欲申領退輔會喪葬慰問金者，除須「未申領政府機關編列預算發給喪葬補助費（慰問金）」外，並須符合「具低、中低收入戶身分或領取中低收入老人生活津貼」條件者，始可申領。
