北韓通知海上軍演 南韓提升警戒

南韓合同參謀本部今天表示，北韓今天電話告知南韓，將於13日下午3時起至15日24時，在朝鮮半島西部海域白翎島與延坪島一帶的北方限界線（NLL）以北海域，實施砲擊訓練。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社報導，南韓合同參謀本部說，北韓在北方限界線附近劃定射擊區域，威脅南韓的安全，製造緊張局勢，南韓將強化因應。

報導說，北韓若在北方限界線以北海域實施砲擊訓練，部分砲彈落入界線以南海域的可能性較大。去年3月31日北韓實施海上射擊演練時，有部分砲彈落入南側海域，造成了南北韓間緊張。

8日，北韓人民軍西南戰線司令部發「緊急特別警告」說，凡侵犯北韓領海的南韓海軍艦艇，不發警告即予以瞄準射擊。

南韓總統朴槿惠12日主持外交安全長官會議時，下令南韓軍嚴加因應北韓的挑釁。
