短裙女露臀　北捷：無猥褻動作無法開罰

今天(7日)凌晨一段《北捷CCR之小姐妳的屁股露出來了》影片在網路上瘋傳，網友批「荒淫列車」。但《壹電視》電訪捷運警察隊刑事組蔡姓組員，他表示「有關公然猥褻，這個行為可能不構成。」

影片曝光後，網友們痛罵「丟光台灣女生的臉」，捷運警察隊指出「女生橫坐在男生大腿上，也不是跨坐，也沒有在調情或者撫摸的動作，有關於公然猥褻，這個行為可能不構成。」
