南韓媒體報導，外匯市場消息人士透露，12月1日上午9時韓國外換銀行總行，將正式啟動銀行間韓元兌換人民幣交易。

南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」報導，12月1日上午9時在韓國外換銀行總行舉行正式啟動儀式，南韓經濟副總理兼企劃財政部長官崔炅煥，以及韓國銀行（央行）行長李柱烈將出席，並慶祝首筆交易。

報導指出，以往韓元兌換人民幣必須先換美元，再透過香港等地兌人民幣。今年7月，南韓總統朴槿惠與中國大陸國家主席習近平舉行高峰會談，就建立韓元和人民幣直接交易機制達成共識。

報導說，韓元對人民幣直接交易，可大幅節約兌換手續費並確保多餘美元耗費的支出。南韓政府計劃以直接交易為起頭，提高韓陸貿易人民幣結算的比重，由目前的1.2%提高至20%。

開辦韓元直接兌換人民幣的12家金融機構包括，韓國新韓銀行、友利銀行、企業銀行、產業銀行、渣打銀行、花旗銀行、外換銀行，以及中國交通銀行、中國工商銀行、德意志銀行、摩根大通銀行、匯豐銀行的南韓分行。(中央社)
