林德瑞應訊 否認是頂新門神

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北30日電）特偵組偵辦頂新政治獻金疑案，今天以證人身分傳喚中國國民黨副秘書長林德瑞，他訊後受訪否認是頂新門神。

名嘴周玉蔻日前指稱，總統馬英九團隊收受黑心油廠商頂新集團新台幣2億元政治獻金，林德瑞是頂新門神。她於23日撰文直指「拿了頂新集團秘密『獻金』的，正是馬總統」。特偵組分查字案，由檢察官林宗志負責偵辦。

特偵組26日傳喚周玉蔻訊問，釐清指控內容，周玉蔻提供相關資料。27日就訊在押的前味全董事長魏應充，調查頂新集團捐贈政治獻金狀況；昨天則傳喚前總統府副祕書長羅智強、律師宋耀明作證。1021230
