民進黨中評會開鍘 南市黨部氣氛繃

民進黨中評會今天上午9時許在民進黨台南市黨部登場，遭移送的議員包括高雄市議員林宛蓉、南市議員邱莉莉、蔡秋蘭、曾王雅雲、莊玉珠、梁順發等6人依序到黨部說明，但前天宣布退黨的南市議員陳朝來，沒有現身，議處程序由11位中評委開會進行討論，每位收到中評會傳喚的議員，表情緊張，氣氛緊繃。

中評會主委劉世芳說，在中評會前已將相關的通知已雙掛號的方式，寄送給當事人，若涉案議員沒有出今天的中評會，視同「放棄權利」，相關處分由中評委進行，處分結果當事議員不得有異議。
