進口美國頁岩氣 中油：無FTA需經核准

民進黨立法委員林佳龍昨天在經濟委員會質詢時表示，美國頁岩氣近幾年發展迅速，不僅產量激增，價格也比傳統的天然氣便宜許多，而包括日、韓等國在內，已有許多國家與美國談妥進口事宜，台灣在這方面必須急起直追，不論是基於分散進口來源，或是壓低國內天然氣價格，都應把握機會搶先卡位。

中油董事長林聖忠表示，中油正在與美國的幾家業者洽談進口天然氣事宜，但目前仍尚未獲得美國能源部的最終審核通過，因為台灣與美國之間沒有FTA，因此要獲得購買權，需要先得到美國能源部的批准。
