今年1月份買的Gonav行車紀錄器 一口氣買了三台 結果用沒多久就壞了兩台 四五月那時候打公司客服 超難打通 而終於通了後 他教我按reset看看 問他怎麼那麼難打通 他說 "阿就只有我一個人接阿" (服務人員態度不怎麼好) 上個月 想說還在一年保固內 就寄到以下地址 台北市內湖區洲子街71號3樓 http://www.gonav.com.tw/news2.html 結果被退貨 沒人收@@ 打電話 變空號了.... http://www.gonav.com.tw/ 找了car版 digitalhome版 八卦版(想說公司倒了找八卦版就對了) 都沒人在討論Gonav 正翰科技 打104查不到該公司 打消基會不通 打1950 (消費者服務什麼的 他說他們無法得知) 請問有同樣買Gonav產品 然後像我一樣被棄養的人嗎?! 該怎麼辦呀 謝謝大家~! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.124.166.19
