歐盟訂7%糧食提煉生質燃料門檻

路透報導，歐盟外交官28日舉行閉門會議，對糧食作物提煉生質燃料的量訂出上限，以回應該提煉法引發不環保、助長通貨膨脹的批評。

歐盟外長同意，限以7%糧食作物提煉生質燃料作為運輸燃料，2020年的目標為運輸燃料期中的10%來自再生能源。
