動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)後市看俏，激勵包括南科、華亞科及威剛等DRAM族群股價連袂走揚。

DRAM廠華亞科董事長高啟全及記憶體模組廠威剛董事長陳立白一致看好DRAM後市；高啟全表示，第2季雖為產業傳統淡季，市場需求不是很旺，不過，通路庫存水位低，仍可望驅動第2季產品價格走揚。

高啟全指出，第3季隨著時序逐漸步入產業傳統旺季，DRAM市況樂觀；由於今年及明年DRAM產業將不會有新產能擴增，加上製程技術轉換至20奈米，晶圓總產量恐將下降，今年及明年DRAM市場安定度高。

陳立白也說，DRAM廠製程轉換不順，支撐4月DRAM價格淡季不跌，目前通路幾乎零庫存，預期第3季旺季需求升溫，市場供給缺口將擴大，將推升產品價格。

陳立白表示，DRAM廠沒有蓋新廠，僅仰賴製程技術推進，產能增加有限，今年及明年DRAM市況樂觀。

DRAM後市樂觀，激勵南科、華亞科及威剛等DRAM族群股價連袂走揚；其中，南科股價開盤跳空漲停，達新台幣8.29元，上漲0.54元，漲幅達6.97%，並創近3年新高價。

華亞科股價盤中一度達45元，上漲2.7元，漲幅達6.38%，並創歷史新高價；威剛股價盤中一度達78.7元，上漲2.4元，漲幅約3.14%。(中央社)
