在15年前(1998),當時每月薪水才30k出頭(現在剛出社會也才22K)
當時因想換新屋就四處看房,在寧夏夜市附近有間25P多的兩房電梯大廈,
也才600萬,在老家的北投也可以買到近30年的3房舊公寓
只是因第一桶金準備的太少,所以只能買市郊450萬32P的新成屋大樓(車位另購50萬)
現在連新北市市郊的兩房都快破千萬了....
房價飆漲而中間的差額進了誰的口袋?誰賺飽飽的呢?
不反對以價制量,為什麼一定要將居住房子當成斂財的商品呢?
政府到底把關了什麼?
