「北捷不開放」　臺灣通卡退場

流通卡數高達172萬張的電子交通票證「臺灣通卡」，因未能依法在期限內取得經營業務核准，依法須退場。

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，發卡的台灣智慧卡公司日前公告停止發售新卡，且現有持卡人明年起將無法儲值，餘額也只能用到明年底，買卡的一百元是否退回則未定。台智卡公司批台北捷運因「商業利益」不開放多卡通，影響其發展，揚言將爭取發行新電子票證。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
