殺警案第69嫌王思凱 改聲押

〔自由時報記者陳慰慈／台北報導〕台北地檢署偵辦刑警薛貞國遭毆致死案，信義分局前天逮捕26歲王思凱，檢方前晚複訊後，諭令10萬元交保；檢警認定，王當天涉嫌出手毆薛，昨再度傳喚他，檢方訊後依涉殺人重罪，有逃亡、串證之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見。

據悉，在押主嫌蕭叡鴻透過通訊軟體「撂人」，指要「癱瘓夜店」，蕭的高中同學王思凱找另一嫌虞孝鴻，一起義氣挺蕭，至現場助陣壯聲勢；庭訊時，王除否認是截圖中的主角，也供稱未動手打薛，但王案發後就把手機丟棄，避免檢警查出他與蕭的通聯紀錄，檢方認定王涉有重嫌，向法院聲押。
