8男2女深山辦天體營，北檢處分緩起訴

朱姓男子去年9月與陳姓女友在臉書上組團，號召7男1女到新北市烏來區桶后溪裸體烤肉、溯溪，但事後卻被舉發有公然猥褻之嫌，遭警方依妨害風化罪嫌移送台北地檢署。

朱等人出庭時承認裸體，不過他們稱只是想要擁抱大自然，而且為了不被其他人發現，還故意遠到烏來區深山，大家很自然的互動，沒有強迫每個人都要脫衣服，也沒任何猥褻行為。

檢方調查，這10人年紀在35到60歲之間，除了朱和陳女住台北，其他人幾乎都住中、南部，先前並不認識，而根據陳女提供的照片，除了陳女穿比基尼，其他人都裸露，但互動很正常，沒有踰矩行為。

不過檢方認為，10人在戶外裸露，仍有公然猥褻之嫌，加上朱和陳女也向參加者收費，顯示意圖營利，考量10人承認犯行，處分緩起訴，另需繳交2000元緩起訴處分金入國庫。
