彰檢提抗告 台中高分院分案審查

（中央社記者廖壬楷台中30日電）頂新油品案，彰檢不滿魏應充等人交保，提出抗告。台中高分院今天下午5時收到抗告狀及相關卷證，分案由合議庭法官審理。

彰化地方法院28日審理頂新油品案時，法官認為前頂新製油公司董事長魏應充、代理董事長陳茂嘉、前總經理常梅峰以及大幸福公司董事長楊振益等人羈押期將至，加上串供滅證風險大降，裁定交保。

彰化地檢署接到彰化地方法院裁定書後，立即著手研議，並在今天正式提出抗告。

台中高分院下午5時收到抗告狀及相關卷證，目前已分案由合議庭法官審查，法官將視交保妥適性、合法性，再決定駁回檢方抗告或撤銷彰化地院交保裁定。1040130
