記者化身採訪揭黑幕　學者這樣看…

「太陽花女王」劉喬安去年底遭《壹週刊》踢爆援交，劉女反駁稱只是去賣酒，被設局陷害，怒控周刊社長裴偉涉妨害名譽。

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，《壹週刊》化身採訪踢爆劉喬安援交，引發採訪手法是否適度的討論，師範大學大眾傳播研究所教授胡幼偉說，化身採訪應用在重大公益事件，劉女是否賣淫無關公益，記者沒必要化身採訪，但實踐大學媒體設計系教授李天鐸認為，「只要揭發的是違法的事實」，化身採訪並無不可。

律師陳博文則指出，化身採訪只要不造假，不會有誹謗等刑責，至於《壹週刊》昨公布記者私下與劉採訪查證內容，陳也認為，應不涉犯妨害秘密罪。 (葉國吏/綜合報導)
