拿嘸試乘券　3千人肉身擋國光號

【綜合報導】國光客運國5雪山隧道新路線昨起營運，頭3天開放民眾免費試乘，昨首日台北圓山站提供2700張免費試乘券，有人凌晨3時就到圓山站排隊，竟沒拿到試乘券，引爆民眾怒火，3千人以肉身擋車，不讓車開行。離譜的是，昨上午11時15分前國光開出的39班車共載1170人，卻還沒拿到公路總局核發的營運路線許可證，全是偷跑載客，民眾和消基會痛批，國光不顧誠信和旅客安危，根本是「沒良心」。

國光規劃，昨首日清晨5時45分起在各站發放5460張免費試乘券，但凌晨3時起就有人到圓山站排隊，7時左右，圓山站分配到的2700張票已全發光，民眾為了搶票和防止插隊，相互推擠叫罵，還一度將站務員推倒在地。國光眼見沒拿到券的民眾不肯散去，竟宣布取消發放，引發群眾憤怒，用肉身擋住車子，造成國光發不了車，其他客運的車也被堵住，歷經40分鐘衝突，國光最後宣布，今、明2天共1.5萬張試乘券也全數發出，但還是有許多人拿不到，國光加發1千多張50元折價券，才息眾怒。
