到宜蘭童玩節　雪隧透早就塞爆

宜蘭童玩節今日開幕，又剛好碰到首個暑假周末，雪隧透早8時許就塞爆，往國道五號南港往宜蘭方向的車流一早就走走停停，時速只有40公里以下，還沒出門或準備前往的民眾注意交通路況訊息。

宜蘭童玩結邁入19年，今年童玩節今天開幕，融合了遊戲、展覽、演出、交流四大主軸的童玩節，將在7月5日至8月24日帶來為期51天的活動，除了消暑的水域設施外，今年有十位大師級繪本家，在紅龍艇庫設立「跳跳村創作繪本館」，讓遊客體驗兒童繪本的趣味。（突發中心／台北報導）
