標題[問題]PM但要扛業績

代朋友問他已煩惱一陣子，但我是不同產業，所以很難幫他 他在一間OEM代工製造廠工作大概半年多了，應徵時是商開兼PM的角色， 薪水30000含勞健保，這薪水是隔周休二日的薪水，但因工廠代工的業績日漸下滑， 變成周休二日，所以每個月都會被扣2-3天的薪水，感覺就像變相減薪。 現在這公司要發展自有品牌，我朋友就不知不覺的轉成業務， 而且要開始訂業績金額，雖然會有業績獎金，但應該剛開始時不多。 公司也沒有問過他想不想轉， 有時還要處理一些零星代工商開及PM的工作(因為是小公司....) 請問大家，覺得他該繼續待嗎?他覺得再待下去可以學到東西 但他真的不想當業務，如果要做業務，他可以找更好的公司，而且覺得公司凹的有點大 請大家給他一些意見... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.124.64.205 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410772739.A.E75.html
