中市加碼補助老人裝假牙　6千銀髮族受惠

台中市衛生局上午宣布大利多，今年將增編經費達到1.84億元補助六千多位老人家裝假牙，台中市長胡志強特地到場擔任幸福列車長，發放假牙列車車票給達到六十五歲以上符合補助資格的阿公、阿嬤，鼓勵他們多利用補助款項，補足缺牙，未來可以笑得更燦爛。

台中市衛生局長黃美娜表示，台中市從2011年編列八百萬元補助人數為177人，今年度補助可達到6000多人。不過補助方式必須由醫師評估，根據篩檢積分、年齡以及身障程度等條件，來核定，並非人人有獎。目前台中市各區都有與衛生局合作的牙醫診所，老人家只要到契約診所評估，由醫師申請，衛生局會在五天內告知是否核准，老人家再拿核准單在一個月內去做假牙，逾期喪失資格。
