衛福部長蔣丙煌今天表示，目前市面油品已經安全，民眾可以放心使用，未來食安稽查將以大宗民生用品為主，首波將先鎖定麵粉。

台灣大學與衛生福利部今天共同簽署食品安全合作備忘錄，由台灣大學校長楊泮池、衛生福利部長蔣丙煌代表簽署，蔣丙煌會後接受媒體訪問時，做出上述表示。

蔣丙煌表示，油品問題發生後，引起社會動盪不安，因為油品和各行各業有關，一旦發生問題影響就會很大，因此衛福部未來將清查所有日常接觸的原料，而油品經過目前清查後，現在市面油品絕對安全，民眾可以放心使用。

蔣丙煌指出，未來食安稽查重點將以大宗民生用品為主，首波將先鎖定麵粉，另外也會進行初步風險評估，針對比較可能發生問題的民生用品清查，但因各行業別家數、規模不同，因此清查時間可能會依行業別有異。(中央社)
