國民黨屏東縣黨部主委收押 抗告駁回

屏東潮州流傳黑函，內容指射議員林郁虹和民進黨縣長候選人潘孟安有曖昧關係，接著又傳出內容為「就算潘安再世，也不能破壞家庭的事」等字句的文宣，署名是屏東縣婦女會。

林郁虹和潘孟安提告，檢方偵查後11月25日聲押國民黨屏東縣黨部主委張雅屏獲准。張雅屏昨提抗告，高雄高分院合議庭評議後認為張罪嫌重大，有串供之虞和羈押必要，裁定駁回。
