行政院發言人孫立群表示，經濟部上午召開水情專案會議，因為近日降雨情況還算可以，而且逢清明節連假，為了不要造成民生用水不便，經過評估，決定第三階段限水延後到4月8日實施，但水情仍然嚴峻，呼籲民眾節約用水。
