標題[問題] 公司沒有開扣繳憑單

報稅的季節要來了 小弟我要準備人生第一次報稅 因此開始準備報稅的資料 殊不知小弟我待的公司不給扣繳憑單 公司說沒有給我們報所得 這樣我們就不用繳稅 (想當然爾，公司自己也不想繳稅) 但是我有被保勞保，會計說是保在工會裡面，不是公司 所以不用報所得(?) 我覺得非常奇怪 我有被投保勞保 卻沒有所得紀錄 會計也說這對我之後的勞退不會有影響... 那這樣大家都保工會，然後公司再不報員工薪資所得不就好了? 小弟我剛入社會一年 不知道這些對我的影響是什麼 可勞煩各位幫我解惑一下嗎 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.120.113.180 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1427423164.A.A1F.html ※ haue0425:轉錄至看板 tax 03/27 10:38
