擁有34E爆乳魔鬼身材的小歪（孫凡茵，後更名孫沐辰），因「裸體廚房秀」大爆紅，卻也引發爭議不斷。日前一名暱稱「Q毛萬QMone 」的20歲男大生，自製了《小歪廚房第五集（愛的告白）》上傳影音平台，稱自己想到小歪就勃起，內容淫穢不堪，讓小歪憤而提告。

「Q毛萬QMone 」表示：「這首歌僅僅希望小歪能好好珍惜自己，也許歌詞內容很骯髒，但妳得知道，這些都真的是我看完你影片後的感想，我根本不會想做菜。」在歌曲一開頭就說：「我喜歡妳的乳房跟妳那裸露的身體」，歌詞內文淫穢不堪，充滿性騷擾言語。警方認為歌詞充斥「性慾望」以及對小歪的身體描述，依誹謗罪嫌函送台北地檢署偵辦。

今（30）日生日的小歪認為「自己更成熟了一點」，對於遭淫穢性騷擾，坦言：「公眾人物當然需要被公評，但是人生（身）攻擊或是輕蔑就應該要捍衛自己的權力，我相信司法會給我公道的，謝謝大家關心，還有大家的祝福，謝謝。」
