最貪女檢　認罪盼輕判

台灣高檢署前檢察官陳玉珍昨天向台北地院遞狀，對於特偵組起訴事實，願意全部認罪，繳回2325萬犯罪所得，來請求法院從輕量刑。由於檢方當初起訴對她求處最嚴厲之刑「無期徒刑」，後續仍須視開庭狀況，由法官審酌刑度。
