會計法修法疏漏，總統馬英九7日公開致歉。民進黨籍立委管碧玲說，總統屈服，同意覆議，民意終於勝利了，政治人物要真誠的反省。
總統馬英九親自召開記者會宣布，同意行政院依據憲法增修條文規定，向立法院提出覆議，解決會計法修正衍生的爭議，並向社會大眾道歉。
管碧玲說，總統屈服，同意覆議，民意終於勝利了，政治人物要真誠的反省。「我雖然沒有參與協商，仍然感到我們辜負了人民的期待，真對不起。」
她指出，覆議之後，還有修法的戰役要打。立法院如果只加上「教」字，對民代公款非公用的部份依然縱放，則仍然是欺民。
