【陳家齊／綜合外電報導】Google昨在美國推出「Helpouts」專家影音教學服務，可透過Google的Hangouts視訊通話功能，讓民眾與藝術、健康、科技等領域的達人1對1進行教學。

Google一開始提供1千多名專家上線，這些專家在Helpouts網頁上刊登提供服務的時段，讓民眾預約登記。收費方式可能以分計費或者計次收費，也有一些專家願意提供免費服務。Helpouts目前僅在個人電腦與Android手機平台上提供服務。
