食安風暴 宜蘭協助受害廠商退稅

食安風暴不僅消費者受害，廠商因產品銷毀、退貨也造成損失，宜蘭縣多逾5百家受影響，縣政府今天指出，將協助這些受影響的廠商退稅及減免。

宜蘭縣政府統計，中、下游相關食品業者，因商品銷毀遭受實質損失計35家，因退貨造成銷售營業損失多達543家，已經函請國稅局協助相關租稅申報及減免事宜。

宜蘭縣政府指出，食安風暴，影響生產、消費秩序及消費者信心，受害廠商遍及全台，財政部表示，因食安事件被退貨或銷售額減少的廠商，可依法向營業所在地國稅局辦理扣減銷項稅額，核實扣減營業稅的查定銷售額，縣府將協助。
