北韓釋善意　願與南韓舉行高峰會

美聯社報導，北韓領導人金正恩在國家電視台轉播新年演說時表示，對於和南韓領導人舉行峰會，他持著開放態度。
 
金正恩在演說中表示，如果南韓誠摯地想要加深關係，他找不到理由不這麼做。他也提到未來，將會強化國家的經濟與軍事。北韓前領導人金正日逝世三年後，國家依例守喪3年，這是金正恩首次新年演說。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
