德廉航墜機 漢莎給185萬元急救金

德國漢莎航空公司在日耳曼之翼班機空難發生後，隨即提供罹難者家屬4萬英鎊（約新台幣185萬元）急救金，外界揣測他們最後會收到數百萬英鎊的賠償和解金。

倫敦「每日郵報」（MailOnline）報導，控有日耳曼之翼航空（Germanwings）的漢莎航空（Lufthansa），對每名罹難乘客的家屬支付5萬歐元，以為救急之用。

然而，如果家屬可以證明漢莎航空對副機師魯比茲（Andreas Lubitz）心理健康有問題知情的話，則有望得到數百萬英鎊賠償和解金。

德國警方在魯比茲位在杜塞道夫（Dusseldorf）的公寓中找到病假單，可能成為家屬提告的關鍵證據。

法律專家表示，乘客對墜機的知情程度也會影響賠償金規模。
