伊朗核談判 法外長將參與

法國外交部發言人今天表示，鷹派的法國外長法畢斯（Laurent Fabius）打算於28日早上，加入伊朗與主要強國在瑞士舉行的核子談判。

法畢斯將在洛桑參加美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）與伊朗外長查瑞夫（Mohammad Javad Zarif）的談判之列。

長久以來，約束伊朗爭議性核計畫的協議始終難以達成，在僅剩幾天的情況下，凱瑞和查瑞夫今天在瑞士洛桑一座豪華的湖濱飯店會面。

伊朗核子事務主管官員沙列西（Ali Akbar Salehi）對記者表示，儘管有外在反對勢力干涉，他對於和世界列強達成可望具有歷史性意義的核子協議，感到「樂觀」。

沙列西說：「整體來說我覺得很樂觀...但國際間有意製造更多麻煩並希望不要處理這個問題的人，並不只是袖手旁觀，他們企圖要確使雙方無法達成協議。」
