專科學校警衛性侵女學生判6年半

南部地區1所專科學校劉姓警衛，因16歲女學生曾向他借錢而結識，去年11月間下午，以向揭露借錢情事為由，將被害人帶往風景區公廁附近草叢，以手指性侵得逞，當天傍晚再次性侵被害人，高雄地方法院今天依妨害性自主罪，判處他有期徒刑6年6月。
