三星可能在9月3日，德國柏林2014消費電子展前夕，發布一款代號為Project Moonlight的頭戴式虛擬實境設備，預計可能是和Galaxy Note 4同時現身。

國外科技網站The Verge報導指出，三星研發一款代號為「Project Moonlight」的虛擬實境頭戴式裝置，能利用智慧型手機內建的螺旋儀等感應器來跟蹤用戶頭部活動，達到虛擬現實的效果。

Project Moonlight的功能與Google 在今年 I/O 大會上發表的 Cardboard 有點相似，裝入智慧型手機後，便可透過智慧型手機的顯示能力轉換虛擬實境，猶如進入身歷其境的世界一樣。現在市面上的智慧型手機大都擁有高畫質顯示能力和感應器，正好可滿足虛擬實境系统的需求。

從曝光的照片來看，Project Moonlight有一副類似Oculus Rift的虛擬實境眼鏡，旁邊還有一部Galaxy S5、及將手機固定在眼鏡上的蓋子。虛擬實境眼鏡上方似乎還有調整焦距的齒輪，以及讓手機與眼鏡連接的MicroUSB接口。

三星目前仍未對此設備發表回應，看看是否在9月3日的發表會中，可以看到更進一步的介紹。
