溪山百年古圳步道

溪山百年古圳步道是台北市政府大地工程處新規劃完成的一條水圳生態步道。

這條步道位於士林溪山里的半嶺聚落，擁有古圳、老樹、梯田、瀑布、土地公廟等人文及自然風光。

半嶺，因位於外雙溪通往坪頂（今平等里）的半山腰而得名。早期先民入墾此地，尋覓水源，修築水圳，在山坡地闢出一塊塊的梯田，種植水稻為生，在此形成半嶺聚落。

半嶺的水圳歷經百年歲月，逐漸毀損，古圳荒廢，市政府大地工程處以「活水」及「親山」為主軸，以「水之村」為主題， 營造社區環境，陸續完成了古圳的修復，並鋪設步道，沿途設有洗衣池、洗腳平台、觀景平台，並設立導覽解說文字，以恢復早期農村的風貌，同時也提供市民一處休憩悠遊的景點。
