西班牙推82億美元刺激經濟計劃

西班牙總理拉霍伊（Mariano Rajoy）宣布，下周將推出提振經濟成長、競爭力及效率的計畫。

拉霍伊31日在錫切斯舉行的會議上表示，經濟成長計畫將動用逾60億歐元（82億美元）資金，之後還會搭配勞動法規改革。

西班牙經濟第1季重拾成長動能，受益於家庭與政府支出抵銷出口下滑的影響。拉霍伊正倚靠經濟從長達六年的低迷中復甦，以在失業率攀抵25%之際縮小預算赤字。他說：「情況已大幅改變，趨勢也急遽轉向。」

信評機構最近調升西班牙主權債信評等，但該國政府債務自2007年以來膨脹逾一倍，占國內生產毛額比率逼近100%。
